Who We Are
The Long Term Care Problem Assistance Program, also called Ombudsman Program, assists patients in long-term care facilities and their families with any issues concerning the patients care.
The local Ombudsman serves as a link between patients and staff. Concerns may be: financial, social, legal, or of a family nature. Provides families of patients with information about patient rights, government benefits, and other agencies which can be of assistance. This program works with volunteers.
