Richfield Living, Ridgecrest Apartments, Subsidized Housing

Ridgecrest Apartments is a part of Richfield LIving, a not-for-profit community offering options for independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitative and nursing care services. Ridgecrest Apartments provide government subsidized housing for individuals who are either 62 years of age or have impaired mobility.



Monthly rental fees are based on gross income and individuals must meet eligibility criteria.  There are 106 total apartments made up of efficiencies,  one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, some of which are handicapped accessible.   Transportation is available for shopping. There is usually a one year waiting list.
