Nursing Facility, Grundy

Heritage Hall - Grundy is a nursing Home located in Appalachian Plateau of southwest Virginia. Immediate care is provided for residents needing assistance with activities of daily living. Skilled nursing care is provided for residents needing more medical care than intermediate care. Capacity is 120 beds.



Heritage Hall's comprehensive rehabilitative services are available seven days a week and are administered by licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists. Our rehab experts provide patient specific programs that are designed to achieve and maintain the resident's highest level of independence.



Recovery Bridge care is provided for those who spend time in the hospital and are ready to leave the hospital but not yet ready to go home.



Advanced Medical care is provided for short-term care patients, including wound care, cardiovascular care, dialysis, IV therapy, pulmonary therapy and more. Some services are available to non residents.
