Who We Are

The Virginia Department of Veterans' Affairs assists veterans and their families in obtaining State, Federal, and Local benefits to which they are entitled that they might not otherwise receive.



The Department acts as informed advocates in the preparation, presentations, and prosecution of all claims, and serves as a clearinghouse providing information and assistance that will enhance the veterans quality of life.



The Veterans Service Representatives are available at the Hampton location as follows, except for monthly times when they are in other locations to serve other communities. Times and location of service schedule subject to change, so call to confirm schedule.



Fort Eustis:  Hines Circle Building 601, Warrior Transition Unit

Gloucester: Social Services Office, 6641 Short Lane

Williamsburg: Social Services, Mediate Room, 5249 Olde Town Road
