CrossOver Health Care Center is a free clinic that offers primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, dental care, eye care, community pharmacy, mental health, social work, HIV testing and treatment, and women's health.
Community Health Referral Network, in collaboration with the Richmond Academy of Medicine, is a specialty care referral network for impoverished patients. 77 private physicians in 33 specialty areas and 23 sub-specialty areas are contributing.
The clinic benefits persons who are homeless or of low-income and do not have insurance.

Walk-ins are accepted during certain hours. On the first Friday of every month, both clinics are open from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. Medication pick-up is offered Mon-Thurs 9 am - 12 pm and 2 - 4 pm; Friday 9 am - 12:30 pm.
