The UVA Otolaryngology (ear, nose, throat) Department offers a full range of diagnostic and treatment services for adults with a wide variety of communication and swallowing disorders. Many extensive programs for head and neck cancer patients are offered, including counseling and postoperative speech, voice and swallowing treatments; speech and language evaluation; rehabilitation; modified barium swallow studies.
