Who We Are
Falcon's Landing is a Life Plan Community owned and operated by the Air Force Retired Officers Community (AFROC). Residents enjoy board, lodging, and nursing services on a long-term basis. Offers independent living in a single-family home or an apartment. Offers outdoor recreational facilities, as well as a Community Center and many more amenities.
If extra care is needed, the Johnson Center is a health center that offers Assisted Living, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and various levels of Nursing care. They are open to the community as well as residents of Falcons Landing.
Other services offered are restorative nursing after illness, injury, surgery, or stroke; palliative care; pain management; and IV therapy.; special secured unit for Alzheimer's or other cognitive impairments; and physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
