Who We Are
Capital Home Care offers individuals with intellectual disabilities assistance and care in the comfort of their own homes. A Registered nurse will create an individualized and customized care plan based on the specific needs of the clients The activities on the care plan are designed to encourage and help the client in every way possible within the stipulations set by the governing program as per state regulations. This service will include the following:
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with daily activities
- Bathing assistance
- Dressing assistance
- Morning and evening care
- Additional emotional support as needed
