Who We Are
Ballad Health's Center for Post-COVID Care provides a full spectrum of services to patients struggling with post-COVID symptoms. The center offers a clinic where patients with symptoms that have lasted longer than four weeks are assigned a navigator to help them coordinate between primary and specialty care providers across a range of services.
Ballad Health is also offering a support group for those recovering from COVID-19. Whether you're struggling with long-term symptoms or emotional stress post-COVID, this group is available to provide essential support for anyone who needs it.
All of our meetings are occurring virtually, where you're free to share as much or as little information about yourself as you like.
