Who We Are
Western Tidewater Community Services Board (WTCSB) Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team offers daily community-based treatment for individuals in recovery from a serious behavioral health disorder (SMI), including those with co-occurring substance use disorders, who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.

Intake Process
Call for an intake and assessment appointment. Walk-ins accepted Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-2:00 PM. Please bring proof of insurance and disability also.
