Assisted Living

Villa at Suffield Meadows offers residential and assisted living care to adults.  Assisted living is designed for individuals who require assistance with everyday activities such as meals, medication management or assistance, bathing, dressing, and transportation. Some residents may have memory disorders including Alzheimer's, or they may need help with mobility, incontinence, or other challenges. Residents are assessed upon move in, or any time there is a change in condition. The assessment is used to develop an Individualized Service Plan.  The capacity for assisted living and memory care is 72.

At the heart of this community is the caring, competent staff that provides dignified and compassionate support to each resident to help them maintain the highest level of independence possible and enjoy an enriched and fulfilling lifestyle. Several levels of care have been created to accommodate the personalized needs of each individual.
