enCircle helps adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities gain lives of abundance, well-being, and grace, close to family and loved ones.
We offer group homes, day support, in-home care, and a new supported employment program for individuals with disabilities who seek to fulfill their dream of a real job with a real wage.
Developmental services are offered in the Bedford, Charlottesville, Danville, Martinsville, Lynchburg, Norfolk/Virginia Beach, Richmond, Roanoke, and Northern Virginia areas.
enCircle Family Care Homes offers 24-hour support and supervision in clean, healthy, safe family settings where no more than two individuals receive services and provides “foster care” settings for individuals with intellectual disabilities or developmental disabilities who are 18 years or older. enCircle screens and licenses qualified families and individuals to provide services in their homes as contracted employees. This service uses a person-centered approach. Skill-building is provided in order to help the individual(s) meet their medical, dietary, behavioral, personal care, and daily living needs.
Training and assistance provided in the Home include:
- Personal hygiene
- Domestic skills
- Social skills
- Medication administration
- Money management
- Dietary needs
- Safety
- Transportation.
Other services include:
- Behavioral support,
- 24-hour supervision.
