Assisted Living, The Colonnades

The Colonnades provides residential and assisted living care to independent seniors who need some help with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, or medication reminders.  Individual wellness is the focus with a plan of assistance provided by well-trained team members available 24 hours a day.

This Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) provides independent and senior assisted living services, memory care, long-term nursing care, and a Rehabilitation and Recovery Program. 

 A customized service plan will be developed by a team of qualified and trained Designated Care Managers who learn the resident's unique preferences and needs.

The capacity for assisted living and memory care is 60 residents.
