Assisted Living

Discovery Village of the West End offers independent living, assisted living and memory care living.  The assisted living community is designed for individuals who are independent, but may need assistance with a few daily living activities.  Capacity is 105.



 Located on 37 acres in the West End of Richmond, Discovery Village can provide an active, all-inclusive lifestyle for its residents with special attention on mind, body, and spirit.  Just off Pemberton Road, Discovery Village is conveniently located close to I-64. 



Health and wellness programs, 3 meals a day, weekly housekeeping, social and recreational programs, and scheduled transportation are offered; on-site rehabilitation services.  There is also an on-site theater, chapel, living room, cafe, dining room, beauty salon/barbershop, and arts and crafts room.
