Who We Are
Pulaski Village Apartments provides low income housing to seniors, age 62 and over, and to the disabled or handicapped, age 18 and over. Applicants must meet Tenant Eligibility Requirements, including background check and be income eligible to qualify. Once qualified and approved, the resident would be required to pay rent of 30% of their net income (gross income less approved documented medical expenses over 3% of their gross income).
