Supervised Living Services, Forrest Drive Apartments

Shenandoah Valley Community Residences (SVCR) provides direct supervision and community support services to individuals living in three apartments on Forrest Drive. Services are provided based on the needs of the individual in areas such as food preparation, housekeeping, medication administration, personal hygiene, and budgeting. The ARC owns the properties and SVCR provides the programming. Consumers are required to have a day program arrangement including work, school, or a training program. There is no staff supervision on the weekends. The average staff supervision per consumer is between 10 to 15 hours per week.
