Abingdon Field office staff of the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) provides services to help Virginians with disabilities become more independent and self-sufficient.

Staff can also provide counseling to people with disabilities resulting from birth defects, illness or disease, accidents or the stress of daily life.
