Assisted Living

Chesterbrook Residences is an assisted living community conveniently located in a lovely, wooded Falls Church/McLean neighborhood.  Residents can choose from a variety of one- and two-bedroom apartment styles. 

The idea for Chesterbrook was born from the partnership of three local faith communities, which form the not-for-profit Board of Directors.  Their mission was to create an affordable, welcoming, and supportive environment for seniors from all walks of life—a mission that continues today.

Reasonable monthly rates, and no large buy-in make Chesterbrook an attractive choice for many families. Our community provides quality care to seniors ages 62 and older. Rental subsidies may be available for qualifying residents through the Fairfax County project-based voucher program.

Residents enjoy vibrant life enrichment activities, outings to DC-area attractions, chef-prepared meals, and countless amenities.  Caregivers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to support each resident’s independence and help with activities of daily living.
