Tysons Woods on Central Avenue is a residential and assisted living care facility that assists adults who require assistance with at least two activities of daily living. This level of service includes individuals who require assistance because of significant behavior problems. Facilities licensed for the assisted living level of care also may provide care to residents who require only the residential level of care. The capacity is eight residents.
