Goodwin House Bailey's Crossroads is a Life Plan Community, also known as a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) offering life-care contracts that include quality nursing care and assisted living at no additional cost. Goodwin House West at Bailey's Crossroads Assisted Living offers the same quality services that Goodwin House, Incorporated has offered to its lifecare residents for over 30 years and is now available to people who need some assistance with daily activities but do not need health care.



The rental plan includes private rooms with shower stalls, wellness programs, health care consultation, assistance with bathing or dressing, if needed, medication monitoring and administration, a 24-hour emergency alert system in rooms, trained nursing staff on duty 24 hours a day, three meals a day planned by a dietician, served in the dining room, personal laundry, housekeeping including flat linen service, all utilities, including long distance phone calls and cable, a variety of activities and social services, and chaplain.



Offers short-term placements in skilled and intermediate nursing facilities for persons other than residents of the retirement community, as space permits. Nursing care beds are certified for Medicare and Medicaid. Partially accessible to persons with disabilities.



Waiting list of varying length, depending on apartment style. Operates life care community, including independent living, 24-hour supervised apartments for the elderly, and assisted living.
