The Citizen at Shirlington Village, formerly Windsor at Shirlington Village, has 403 units of one, two and three bedroom apartments for independent living.  The number of accessible or modified units is 203.  The accessible units are located on the first floor.  The building entrances are wheelchair accessible.  There are handicapped parking spaces, curb cuts, elevators with Braile, wide doorways (greater than 32"), low cabinets, sinks, and countertops, and raised toilets.



Public transportation is under one mile from the building.  Free shuttle to Pentagon City Metro Station.
