Williamsburg Landing Life Plan Community (formerly known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)), is a nonprofit organization offering retirement independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing care, and a special unit for Alzheimer's and dementia memory care.



The community is located on 123 beautifully landscaped acres, just minutes away from historic Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William and Mary. There is a full-time doctor on staff and a clinic, beauty and barbershop, bank, and pharmacy conveniently located in the main building. Currently, there are maintenance-free one and two-bedroom apartments; one, two, and three-bedroom cluster homes. The Edgewood neighborhood includes over 60 two-bedrooms with den apartments and two or three-bedrooms with den houses. a wellness center with a heated indoor pool.
