Who We Are
Brookview Assisted Living Center at The Woodland offers residential and assisted living care for adults who require assistance with at least two activities of daily living. Staff assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and medication management. The licensed nursing staff works closely with private physicians to deliver comprehensive health care. Provides three levels of care: independent, assisted, and intensive assisted living. Amenities offered include private and semi-private rooms available; licensed practical nurses (LPN) on duty seven days per week; spa tub, comprehensive therapy services, transportation available, pharmacy services, individualized diets, housekeeping, hair salon, and weekly shopping trips.
The capacity for assisted living and memory care is 120 residents.
