Who We Are
Norfolk Urban Outreach Ministry manages four housing facilities for low income residents: Tucker House I and II; Magnolia Gardens and Trinity Woods.
Tucker House is a 127-unit apartment facility for low-income elderly people who are at least 62 years old. It is located on 3 acres in the Titus Town Neighborhood of Norfolk, Virginia. There are 14 apartments designed for wheelchair and handicapped accessibility. For further information contact the manager's office (757) 489-7770.
Magnolia Gardens in Suffolk offers 67 one bedroom apartments for extremely low income elderly residents, 62 years or older. Apartments are Section 202 housing which provides a subsidy so residents pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent and included utilities. Call 757-923-4260 for more information.
Trinity Woods in Emporia consists of 70 one bedroom apartments for low income, elderly 62 years or older, residents. Trinity Woods is a Section 202 rental subsidy where residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent and included utilities. For more information, call 434-348-9354.
