The Coalition operates four small home-like transitional houses. Men in the transitional program are required to remain drug and alcohol-free, perform chores which include meal preparation, and receive support in obtaining employment and permanent housing.
- Webster House is one of four small home-like transitional houses operated by the Coalition. The House has the capacity to serve 12 men. The home is located at 4326 14th Street N.W. Services include substance abuse counseling, case management, employment, and housing placement assistance, as well as life skills training.
- La Casa Traditional Rehabilitation Program provides transitional housing for English and Spanish speaking homeless men. The facility can serve up to 40 men who are 18 years of age and older. Employment and moving into permanent housing are the main goals for the men.
- Park Road provides 12 residential beds to men in a home-like family environment. In this facility, programs are specifically tailored to the needs of the men who are in transition from a substance abuse treatment program, emergency shelters, or other crisis situations. The home is located at 1318 Park Road, N.W.
- Blair House provides 24-hour residential services up to 85 homeless men who are ready to make a change in their lives. Services include substance abuse counseling, case management, employment, and housing placement assistance, and meals. The length of the program is 6-9 months, and it is designed to help the men move to independence and self-sufficiency.
