Who We Are
Johnson Health Center at Amherst Community Health Center offers mental health programs including a case management and referral program, short term counseling, medication management and more. You can use this service without being a current patient at Johnson Health Center. The case managers can coordinate treatment plans for individuals with issues such as mental illness, eating disorders, or substance abuse. The case manager assesses the individual's mental states, helps them set long term goals and connects them with the resources they need.
