Maplewood has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, including units for sight-, hearing- and mobility-impaired residents. All utilities included! in the income-based rent. We are conveniently located near big-box retail stores, a bowling center, and popular restaurants.
Maplewood Apartments are in the process of a renovation. The buildings and the apartments within them are getting complete makeovers,with interior and exterior improvements. A community room is being developed, and buildings are getting new insulation and roofs. Apartments are getting new windows, doors, plumbing, kitchen cabinets and appliances, and gas heat is being changed to electric. Please check back soon to see finished apartments!
