Who We Are

Children's Regional Crisis Response (CR2) provides 24-hour rapid response to all youth ages 17 and younger) facing a behavioral health, developmental disability or substance use crisis. Counselors provide phone screening and face-to-face assessment, intervention, and support so that youths may continue with life as planned. Services are provided by National Counseling Group. Spanish language services are available.

Crisis assistance is available every day, 24 hours per day by calling:

Services include:

  • Rapid mobile response  for youths age 17 and younger;
  • Prevents unnecessary hospitalizations and placements outside the home;
  • 24-hour intervention;
  • Screening and triage;
  • Clinical assessments, including lethality;
  • Psychiatric assessment and services;
  • Medication prescription;
  • Bilingual counselors;
  • Case management;
  • 30-day post discharge support;
  • Care coordination with community resources and professionals;
  • Safety planning.

Serves youths age 17 and younger, experiencing a psychiatric crisis due to behavioral health issues that are placing them at risk of psychiatric hospitalization, including youth with developmental disabilities that are experiencing mental health or behavioral challenges.
