Who We Are
ADA Ride offers paratransit transportation in Eastern Loudoun County. To be approved to use Loudoun County’s local fixed-route paratransit bus service, you must apply for approval through the county’s contractor, ADA Ride.
Loudoun County Transit provides complementary paratransit. You must be a certified Metro Access rider or certified ADA Ride to use Loudoun County Transit ADA paratransit Service.

Complete an ADA Ride Application for Approval to Use Loudoun County Paratransit Bus Service (Online Application). Call ADA Ride at 877-232-7433 for help with the application. ADA Ride’s hours of operation are 11:00 an - 7:00 pm EST.
