Transformational Life Coaching (Adolescents)

Transformational Life Coaching is provided to at-risk older adolescents that are "aging out" of foster care placements with no secure permanent family or a lasting support system of their own. Every Mental Health Support Counselor is trained as a "Life Coach" and can provide counseling services in the following areas: self-care; money management; housing; transportation; work development; social relationships; daily living and home life.



Mental health support services can be offered for a period of 6 months and often longer if needed.  Counselors work to establish a network of permanent support for each client with healthy relationships with family, community and social connections that will last long after therapeutic support services have ended.
