Loudoun Heights Apartments, formerly The Point at River Ridge has 466 units of one, two and three bedroom apartments for independent living.  There is a minimum household income.  The community has a number of accessible or modified units.   There are curb cuts, handicapped parking spaces,  grab bars (shower/tub), wide doorways (greater than 32") and low cabinets, sinks, and countertops.   Public transportation is 1/2 mile from the building. 



Amenities include swimming pool with sundeck, fitness center, lighted tennis courts, on-site daycare center, complex located on 36 acres of wooded land and pets welcome (restrictions and fees apply).  Apartments feature large balconies, fireplaces available, washer/dryer and complimentary storage units
