Referral: Referrals to the office are done so by the Office of Personnel  Management in Norfolk.

Services: The office acts as the servicing agency for the Civilian personnel of Langley Air Force Base. Some of the primary functions consist of- putting the right people in the right place at the right time, job classifications, recruiting, the education and career development of the personnel, and maintaining their files. The office also advises the management of the proper utilization of the civilian personnel and provides program management for labor relations, equal employment opportunity, and incentive awards.
