Who We Are

Chincoteague Island Community Health Center offers the residents of Accomack, Northampton Counties, and the lower Eastern Shore of Maryland all phases of family practice medical care and lab services. We provide full laboratory services, x-ray services, immunizations for children and adults, health education, case management, and health counseling. Board certified physicians and family nurse practitioners provide family care.

This Center has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance as a Patient-Centered Medical Home Level 3.  A patient-centered medical home:

  •     Shares health information among all health care providers.
  •     Creates a proactive plan for your care.
  •     Supports your health needs and goals.

Also offers pharmacy assistance, health education, and interpretation services at no cost to our patients.
