Continuing Care Home Health Services offers personal care.  Personal care service for home bound persons includes aides that give assistance in activities of daily living. Services include bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation, meal preparation, feeding, oral hygiene, light housekeeping, chores, transferring and positioning, range of motion exercises, toileting, medication reminders, incontinence care, and shopping. Medicaid may cover these services if the client meets both financial and physical dependency criteria. All personal care aides are supervised by a registered nurse.
