Who We Are
CVHS-Southern Albamarle, formerly Southern Albemarle Family Practice, is a nonprofit community health center with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status. Centers offer medical and behavioral health care including:
- family practice,
- internal medicine,
- behavioral health
- pediatrics,
- patient education,
- immunizations,
- obstetrics and gynecology,
- laboratory services.
- x-rays, onsite, or outside referrals depending on location.
Some sites also offer dental, and pharmacy services.
