Who We Are
University Village offers condominium living for seniors with a variety of services and amenities. These include condominium maintenance, indoor swimming pool, steam showers, spa, fitness center, dining services, library, game room, beauty salon, seamstress, arts and crafts facilities, 24 - hour office staffing, and visitors guest accommodations. Transportation is provided Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
University Village is a community for independent living, primarily for Residents who are 55 years of age or older. The majority of the condominiums are owner-occupied, and the owners participate in its governance. Yearly they elect members of the Board of Directors, which establishes policy and oversees staff management and operation of the facility.
